221 Direction may be given orally or in writing
(1)
A direction under this Act may be given by a wildlife officer orally or in writing.
(2)
A direction that is given orally must be confirmed in writing within 5 business days after it is given, unless within that period it is complied with or cancelled.
(3)
Failure to comply with subsection (2) does not invalidate the direction.
