226 Compliance with directions
(1)
A person must not contravene a direction given to the person by a wildlife officer under this Act.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $10 000.
(2)
It is a defence to a charge of an offence under subsection (1) to prove that the person charged had a reasonable excuse.
