Application of Criminal and Found Property Disposal Act 2006

In force

The Criminal and Found Property Disposal Act 2006 applies to and in respect of —

(a)

any thing seized under section 206 unless the thing is dealt with under section 207(2) or 208(1); and

(b)

any thing forfeited under section 230.
