85 CEO to publicise draft plan
(1)
The CEO must publish in the Gazette and on the Department’s website a notice —
(a)
specifying where copies of the draft plan may be inspected and obtained; and
(b)
specifying the period for submissions under section 86 and an address for those submissions.
(2)
The CEO must cause the draft plan to be published on the Department’s website and in any other way that the CEO considers appropriate.
(3)
The CEO may fix and charge a fee for providing a copy of the draft plan.
