Approval of plan

In force

(1)

The Minister may approve a draft plan submitted under section 88 as a recovery plan or refuse to approve it.

(2)

The Minister must not give approval under subsection (1) unless the Minister —

(a)

is satisfied that the draft plan meets the requirements of section 82(2) and (3); and

(b)

has had regard to —

(i)

any submissions made under section 86 or requests made under section 87(2) in respect of the draft plan; and

(ii)

the matters referred to in section 97.
