88 Submission to Minister
(1)
The CEO may submit a draft plan, modified as the CEO thinks fit to give effect to any submissions made under section 86 or requests made under section 87(2), to the Minister for approval.
(2)
The draft plan must be accompanied by copies of submissions made under section 86 and requests made under section 87(2) in respect of the draft plan.
(3)
The Minister may require the CEO to modify the draft plan and resubmit it.
