38 Fauna dealing (general dealer’s) licence
(1)
A fauna dealing (general dealer’s) licence authorises the holder of the licence to do 1 or more of the following —
(a)
deal in fauna (whether alive or dead);
(b)
place fauna on display to the extent specified in the licence.
(2)
Without limiting any other provision of these regulations, a fauna dealing (general dealer’s) licence may include a condition that requires the fauna to be obtained from a person who holds an appropriate licence —
(a)
to take or supply the fauna; or
(b)
to import the fauna.
