143 Management committee
(1)
A management committee must —
(a)
advise the Director General on the administration of the prescribed account; and
(b)
exercise such other functions (if any) as are conferred on the management committee under the regulations.
(2)
The regulations establishing a management committee may make provision as to the constitution and procedures of the management committee.
(3)
Except as provided under this Act, a management committee may determine its own procedures.
