147 Review of regulations
The Minister must carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of any regulations made for the purposes of establishing a prescribed account as soon as is practicable after —
the fifth anniversary of the day on which the regulations commence, or such earlier day as is prescribed in the regulations; and
every fifth anniversary of that day, or such earlier day as is prescribed in the regulations.
The Minister must prepare a report based on the review and must cause it to be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as is practicable after the report is prepared, and in any event not later than 12 months after the requirement for the review arose.
