34 SAT review: costs of controlling declared pests
A person aggrieved by —
(a)
a determination of the Director General under section 33(1)(b); or
(b)
a determination of the Director General under section 33(4) or (5),
may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the determination.
