39 Power to control pests
(1)
A person required under this Act to take measures to control a declared pest has full power to do all that is necessary to comply with the requirement.
(2)
A person who obstructs a person referred to in subsection (1) in the exercise of a power under that subsection commits an offence.
Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
