Remedial action by Director General

In force

If a person does not comply with a requirement of a pest exclusion notice, a pest control notice or a pest keeping notice, the Director General may —

(a)

take remedial action in accordance with section 94; and

(b)

recover the cost of taking remedial action from the person accordingly.
