37 SAT review: pest control notice or pest keeping notice
(1)
Subject to the regulations referred to in subsection (2) and to section 36(6), a person aggrieved by a decision of the Director General to give a pest control notice or a pest keeping notice or a decision of the Director General under section 36, may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision.
(2)
The regulations may prescribe circumstances relating to a matter of emergency or urgent need in which subsection (1) does not apply.
