11 Prescribed retention money threshold for trust scheme
For the purposes of section 70(1)(b), the prescribed retention money threshold is —
(a)
in the case of a construction contract entered into on or after 1 February 2023 and before 1 February 2024 — $1 000 000; or
(b)
in the case of a construction contract entered into on or after 1 February 2024 — $20 000.
