8 Threshold for review of adjudication
(1)
For the purposes of section 39(2)(b)(i), the minimum amount of difference between the claimed amount and the lesser adjudicated amount is $200 000.
(2)
For the purposes of section 39(2)(b)(ii), the minimum claimed amount is $50 000.
(3)
For the purposes of section 39(3)(c), the minimum amount of difference between the scheduled amount and the greater adjudicated amount is $200 000.
