26 Infringement notices: forms
For the purposes of the Criminal Procedure Act 2004 Part 2 —
(a)
Schedule 5 Form 1 is the prescribed form for an infringement notice; and
(b)
Schedule 5 Form 2 is the prescribed form for the withdrawal of an infringement notice.
