16 Refund of registration fees
(1)
The Building Commissioner may, on application for a refund made by an applicant for registration or renewal of registration as an adjudicator or review adjudicator, refund a registration fee paid by the applicant if the applicant is not registered or the registration is not renewed.
(2)
An application for a refund must be made in the approved form (if any).
