24V Certain gas flaring excepted from s. 22B(2) of Act
(1)
For the purposes of section 22B(4) of the Act, gas flaring carried out in the circumstances set out in subregulation (2) is prescribed.
(2)
The circumstances are that the gas flaring is carried out —
(a)
in the course of trade or commerce or by, or on behalf of, a public authority; and
(b)
in accordance with the requirements set out in regulations 24W and 24X.
