24W Notice of gas flaring
(1)
Except as provided in subregulation (2), notice of the gas flaring must be given under regulation 24ZS before the gas flaring is carried out.
(2)
Notice of the gas flaring is not required to be given if the gas flaring is constant, unplanned or occurs as part of a safety mechanism.
