22 Minister may give directions
(1)
The Minister may give written directions to the Chemistry Centre with respect to the performance of its functions generally, and the Chemistry Centre must give effect to any such direction.
(2)
The Minister must cause a copy of a direction under subsection (1) to be laid before each House of Parliament, or dealt with under section 36, within 14 days after the day on which the direction is given.
(3)
The text of a direction under subsection (1) is to be included in the annual report submitted by the accountable authority of the Chemistry Centre under the Financial Management Act 2006 Part 5.
