25 Protection for disclosure or compliance with directions
The Chemistry Centre or a person performing functions under this Act is not liable —
(a)
in respect of any claim arising as a consequence of the disclosure of information or documents under this Act; or
(b)
for the fact of having done or omitted a thing that is required to be done or omitted by a direction given under this Act.
