30 Charges for guarantee
(1)
The Treasurer may, after consultation with the Chemistry Centre, fix charges to be paid by the Chemistry Centre to the Treasurer for the benefit of the Consolidated Account in respect of a guarantee given under section 29.
(2)
Payments by the Chemistry Centre to the Treasurer in respect of those charges are required to be made at times, and in instalments, as determined by the Treasurer.
