197A Auditor entitled to notice and other communications
(1)
A co‑operative must give its auditor —
(a)
notice of a general meeting in the same way that a member of the co‑operative is entitled to receive notice; and
(b)
any other communications relating to the general meeting that a member of the co‑operative is entitled to receive.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $500.
(2)
Despite The Criminal Code section 23B(2), it is immaterial for the purposes of subsection (1) that any event occurred by accident.
