454 Registers to be kept by Registrar
The Registrar is to keep a register of co‑operatives, in addition to the Register of Co‑operatives Charges established under Schedule 3 clause 18.
The Registrar must record in a register documents, relating to an entity or thing or proposed entity mentioned in subsection (1), that are specified by the Registrar by order published in the Gazette and anything else required by this Act to be recorded in the Register.
The obligation to keep the Register of Co‑operative Charges established under Schedule 3 clause 18 ceases on the day after the end of the period of 7 years beginning at the registration commencement time as defined in Schedule 3 clause 4A.
