455 Keeping of registers
(1)
The Registrar must keep, in addition to the registers referred to in section 454, any other registers that the Registrar considers necessary or desirable for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
Subject to section 454(2), a register must be kept in the form and contain the particulars that the Registrar thinks fit.
(3)
Subject to section 456, any document lodged with, furnished to or registered by the Registrar under this Act must be kept in the office of the Registrar.
