80F WA Registrar to correct Registration Act Register
(1)
In this section —
Registration Act Register means the Register referred to in the Registration Act section 49(1).
(2)
Without limiting the Registration Act section 51, the WA Registrar must correct the Registration Act Register under that section if the WA Registrar knows that —
(a)
the name of a reportable offender on the Registration Act Register has been changed on or after the commencement of this Part; and
(b)
the Commissioner has not approved that change under this Part.
