14 Form of authorisation, form of undertaking and requests for release of things
(1)
An authorisation to a coroner’s investigator under section 33(3) of the Act is to be in the form of Form 8.
(2)
A request to a coroner to release any thing under section 33(5) of the Act is to be in writing and is to specify reasons why the release of the thing is sought.
(3)
An undertaking given under section 33(5) of the Act is to be in the form of Form 9.
