22 Other fees
(1)
The fees set out in Schedule 3 are payable in respect of the matters specified in that Schedule.
(2)
In relation to a matter specified in an item in Schedule 3 —
(a)
the fee payable by an individual who is not an eligible individual is the fee shown in column A for that item; or
(b)
the fee payable by an eligible individual is the eligible individual fee for that item.
