16 Form of summons and warrant, and service of summons
(1)
A summons issued under section 46(1) of the Act requiring a person to attend as a witness or to produce any document or other material is to be in the form of Form 10.
(2)
A summons under section 46(1) of the Act is to be —
(a)
served personally; or
(b)
left at the person’s usual or last known place of abode with a person who is, or appears to be, over the age of 16 years.
(3)
A warrant of apprehension issued under section 46(4) of the Act is to be in the form of Form 11.
