16C Whole of State electorate and representation
(1)
The State is a single electorate (the whole of State electorate) for the purposes of the election of members of the Council.
(2)
The whole of State electorate will return the number of members of the Council prescribed by the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899 section 5(1) to serve in the Council.
