175C Agents of candidates
(1)
A candidate in an election (including a person included in a group) may appoint a person as the agent of the candidate in relation to the election in accordance with section 175E.
(2)
When there is no appointment in force under subsection (1) of an agent of a candidate in an election —
(a)
if the candidate is an endorsed candidate of a registered political party, the agent of the political party is the agent of the candidate in relation to the election; or
(b)
if paragraph (a) does not apply, the candidate is the agent in relation to the election.
