175DA Agents of third‑party campaigners
A third‑party campaigner may appoint a person as the agent of the third‑party campaigner in accordance with section 175E.
If there is no appointment in force under subsection (1) of an agent, the agent of the third‑party campaigner is —
if the third‑party campaigner is an unincorporated body —
if the third‑party campaigner has an executive committee (however described) — each member of the executive committee, and an obligation on an agent of a third‑party campaigner under this Act applies to that member as if the obligation rested on that member alone; or
otherwise — each member of the third‑party campaigner, and an obligation on an agent of a third‑party campaigner under this Act applies to that member as if the obligation rested on that member alone;
or
in any other case — the third‑party campaigner.
