175H Agent of political party, removing from register
The name and address of a person shall not be removed from the party agents register unless —
(a)
the person gives to the Electoral Commissioner notice, in an approved form, of having resigned the appointment as agent; or
(b)
the political party that appointed the person gives to the Electoral Commissioner notice, in an approved form, that the person’s appointment has been revoked or that the person has died or resigned and also gives notice under section 175E(1)(b) of the appointment of another person as agent of the party; or
(c)
the person is convicted of an offence against this Part.
