175CA Agents of members of Council or Assembly
(1)
A member of the Council or the Assembly may appoint a person as the agent of the member in accordance with section 175E.
(2)
If there is no appointment in force under subsection (1) of an agent of a member, the agent of the member is —
(a)
if the member is a member of a political party — the agent of the political party; or
(b)
if the member is a candidate in an election and is not a member of a political party — the agent of the candidate under section 175C; or
(c)
otherwise — the member.
