138 Transitional provisions: relevant instruments
Without limiting section 136, the regulations may provide, or authorise the electricity system and market rules to provide, for the regulation of matters of a savings, transitional or supplementary nature relating to the transition of matters contained in a relevant instrument to the electricity system and market rules.
The regulations may provide, or authorise the electricity system and market rules to provide, for the continuation of the operation of a relevant instrument after its revocation for the purpose of the transition of any matter to the electricity system and market rules.
The regulations may provide, or authorise the electricity system and market rules to provide, how anything done or in progress or required to be done under a relevant instrument is to be treated on and after a day specified in the electricity system and market rules.
The regulations may provide, or authorise the electricity system and market rules to provide, that a reference in any instrument to a relevant instrument is to be treated on and after a day specified in the electricity system and market rules as a reference to the electricity system and market rules or specified provisions of the electricity system and market rules.
