141 References to market rules and wholesale electricity market objectives
(1)
A reference in any Act or instrument to the market rules under this Act is taken on and after the day on which the Electricity Industry Amendment (Distributed Energy Resources) Act 2024 section 24 comes into operation to be a reference to the electricity system and market rules.
(2)
A reference in any Act or instrument to the objectives of the wholesale electricity market under this Act is taken on and after the day on which the Electricity Industry Amendment (Distributed Energy Resources) Act 2024 section 23 comes into operation to be a reference to the State electricity objective.
