142 Power to make electricity system and market rules for matters that may be provided for in relevant instruments
Until the day on which the Electricity Industry Amendment (Distributed Energy Resources) Act 2024 Part 3 comes into operation, the electricity system and market rules may make provision for any matter that may be provided for in a relevant instrument.
If there is an inconsistency between a provision of the electricity system and market rules and a provision of a relevant instrument, the provision of the electricity system and market rules prevails.
Until the day on which the Electricity Industry Amendment (Distributed Energy Resources) Act 2024 Part 3 comes into operation, a reference in this Act or an instrument under this Act to a relevant instrument includes a reference to any provision included in the electricity system and market rules in accordance with subsection (1).
