A reference in any Act or instrument to a technical code approved by the Authority under the Code is taken on and after day on which the Electricity Industry Amendment (Distributed Energy Resources) Act 2024 Part 3 comes into operation to be a reference to a technical standard or requirement provided for under the electricity system and market rules under section 123(1A)(g) of this Act.
