49 Form of contract to be submitted with application for grant, renewal or transfer
An applicant for the grant or renewal of a retail licence or an integrated regional licence must submit with the application a draft of the standard form contract under which the applicant will supply electricity to small use customers pursuant to the licence.
Where an application is made under section 18 for the transfer of a retail licence or an integrated regional licence to be approved, the proposed transferee must submit with the application a draft of the standard form contract under which the proposed transferee will supply electricity to small use customers pursuant to the licence if the transfer is approved.
The requirement in subsection (1) and (2) only applies if the applicant or proposed transferee intends to supply electricity to small use customers pursuant to the licence.
