52 Amendment or replacement of standard form contract
(1)
A retail licensee may submit to the Authority for approval —
(a)
any amendment to the standard form contract approved under section 51; or
(b)
a replacement for the standard form contract so approved.
(2)
Section 51 applies to an amendment or a replacement submitted under subsection (1) in the same way as it applied to the standard form contract or the original standard form contract.
