59J Transfer of registration
(1)
A registration cannot be transferred except with the approval of the Authority.
(2)
An approval may be given on the terms and conditions determined by the Authority.
(3)
An application for approval to transfer a registration must be —
(a)
made in a form approved by the Authority; and
(b)
accompanied by the prescribed application fee.
