59R Surrender of registration
(1)
A registration holder must not surrender a registration unless the Authority on the application of the registration holder has approved the surrender.
(2)
An application for approval to surrender a registration must be —
(a)
made in a form approved by the Authority; and
(b)
accompanied by the prescribed application fee.
(3)
The Authority must not approve a surrender of a registration unless the Authority is satisfied that it would not be contrary to the public interest to do so.
