59U Review of certain decisions
The Table sets out —
decisions made under this Part that are reviewable in accordance with this section (each a reviewable decision); and
who is eligible to apply for a review of a reviewable decision (the affected person).

An affected person who is aggrieved by a reviewable decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision.
The application must be made within 28 days after the day on which notice of the reviewable decision is given.
