59M Decision to grant, renew, amend or approve transfer of registration
The Authority must take all reasonable steps to decide an application for the following within 90 days after the application is made —
the grant, renewal or amendment of a registration;
approval to transfer a registration.
The duties imposed on the Authority by subsection (1) apply only if —
the application has been made in accordance with section 59G, 59H, 59I or 59J, as the case may be; and
section 101B does not prohibit the grant, renewal or amendment of the registration or the approval of the transfer; and
if a requirement has been made under section 59K, the relevant information has been provided to the Authority.
