68 Authority to ensure supply plan in place in designated areas
(1)
The Authority may, by notice published in the Gazette, designate an area to which a retail licence applies as an area for which there is to be a last resort supply plan.
(2)
The Authority is to ensure —
(a)
that, as soon as is practicable after an area becomes a designated area, a last resort supply plan for the designated area is approved or determined by the Authority under section 73; and
(b)
that, at all times thereafter, there is a last resort supply plan for the designated area that has been approved or determined by the Authority under section 73.
