72 Functions of supplier of last resort
The supplier of last resort for a designated area is to —
(a)
prepare a draft last resort supply plan for that area and submit it to the Authority within 3 months after becoming the supplier of last resort or within such longer period as the Authority may allow; and
(b)
consult with the Authority with a view to obtaining approval of the draft plan; and
(c)
carry out the arrangements and other provisions in the last resort supply plan approved or determined by the Authority under section 73, if the plan comes into operation under section 70.
