77 Provision may be made by regulation
The regulations may make provision for and in relation to —
the preparation and approval process for a last resort supply plan under sections 72 and 73, and the amendment of a plan;
last resort supply arrangements under a plan, including for and in relation to —
the commencement of arrangements; and
the extent to which particular arrangements are to apply to a particular class of customers; and
notification to customers and other affected persons of matters relating to the arrangements, including —
the commencement of arrangements; and
the effect of the arrangements and steps that will or may be taken; and
rights, powers, duties and procedures that apply under the arrangements;
and
the identification of the customers affected by the commencement of arrangements and the provision of identifying information to the supplier of last resort; and
the transfer of customers to the supplier of last resort and the nature of the relationship between them; and
the terms and conditions of supply of electricity under the arrangements, including those relating to pricing and the imposition of charges; and
the recovery of costs by the supplier of last resort; and
the duration and cessation of any obligation to supply electricity under the arrangements; and
other rights, powers and duties of —
the Authority; and
the supplier of last resort; and
customers; and
other persons,
in connection with the carrying out of the arrangements or the operation of a last resort supply plan.
