15 Exemptions for supply in Eucla
(1)
In this clause —
Eucla means the area constituting the townsite of Eucla for the purposes of the Land Administration Act 1997.
(2)
A person is exempt from the Electricity Industry Act 2004 section 7(3) if the distribution system concerned is located or to be located in Eucla.
(3)
A person is exempt from the Electricity Industry Act 2004 section 7(4) if the electricity is sold for consumption in Eucla.
