Pilbara Energy Company means Pilbara Energy Company Pty Ltd (ACN 624 732 878).

Pilbara Energy Company is exempt from the Electricity Industry Act 2004 section 7(2) in relation to the construction and operation of the Pilbara Energy Connection.
