23 Exemption for CSBP — Kwinana manufacturing facility
(1)
In this clause —
CSBP means CSBP Limited (ABN 81 008 668 371);
Kwinana site means Lot 20 on Diagram 78086 being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 1918 Folio 244.
(2)
CSBP is exempt from the Electricity Industry Act 2004 section 7(1) in relation to the operation of generating works on the Kwinana site.
